A new beginning

Well the start of my "serious training" has had many problems so far. I have been chronically oversleeping, eating unhealthy junk foods, and not training.
However today was a good start. I managed 10 minutes on the glider which is a new best. I struggled before trying to do 2 minutes. I also lifted some weights and did some new dynamic stretches.

Weights-
Squats* 100lbs 1 set 25 reps
Lower back pulls* 100lbs 1 set 10 reps
Clean and Press* 100lbs 1 set 10 reps
Dynamic Stretching-
Hand walks, Scorpion, Front kicks.

Followed up with a Hot/Cold shower.

Now I need to put some fuel into my body-
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 half cup whole wheat pasta, 1 half cup mixed frozen veggies, 1/4 cup of spinach. I don't think I have enough time to cook and eat before I pick up my GF from work however... :( it was a good idea though, next time.

The 1 thing to do before next post:
Remove all the unhealthy food from my apartment.

The beginning of my serious training.

I'm making this blog to help myself reach my goals of becoming a professional mixed martial arts fighter. To achieve my goals I'm going to first have to be in great physical condition. I need to do cardio and strength training. This will be the first phase of my long journey to becoming a professional athlete. I also need to gain expertise in the arts of grappling and striking.
My blog will detail every day's training and my overall moral.
